Cash on Delivery: Available through ACS Courier Cyprus.

We offer three methods for your orders delivered to you:

  1. Listed Pick-Up points with ACS Courier
  2. Pick up from Store (297 Archiepiskopou Makariou III, 2313 Lakatamia, Cyprus)
  3. Home delivery

FREE Pick up from ACS Shops

Choose one of the 40 ACS Courier pick-up locations in Cyprus. Your order will be ready for pick-up in 2-3 working days.

  1. FREE for orders over €50
  2. €3 for orders under €50

Home delivery & Relax

Choose “Home delivery” and relax! Your order will arrive within 3–4 working days. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 14:00.

  1. FREE for orders over €100
  2. €5 for orders under €100

More Information

Our Distribution centre does not dispatch over weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay. Some delays may occur depending on the location. Please note that no deliveries are made on public holidays. In such cases, your order will be delivered on the next business day.

International Shipping

We currently offer delivery to Greece. International orders are shipped via the Postal Service with a flat rate of €10 per order.

Lost or damaged orders

Should an order be seized or abandoned due to certain circumstances, we will not be able to retrieve the order, and you may not be refunded for your purchase. These circumstances include but are not limited to: (i) failure to provide required customs documents, (ii) refusal to pay customs duties, or (iii) attempts to deliver were unsuccessful, and you were unreachable.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@oreaproject.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We address these cases individually and will work with you towards a satisfactory resolution.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re unhappy for any reason, see our Refund Policy in our ‘Cancellations and Returns’ policy.

  • If your order benefited from a discount or offer, such as a custom bundle or cart value promotion, please refer to our Refund Policy in our ‘Cancellations and Returns’ policy for how the refund amount will be calculated.

How to Return

Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund.
