How to use

Apply ASTRA MAKEUP Hypnotize Liquid Lipstick to clean, dry lips using the applicator. Start with the lower lip, applying from the outer corners towards the centre. For the upper lip, define the Cupids bow first, then fill in the remaining lip area towards the outer corners. Allow the formula to dry completely for a comfortable, long-lasting matte finish. Layer an additional coat if a more intense colour payoff is desired.
