We ship our products by ACS Air Courier Services (Cyprus) Ltd to all Cities in Cyprus. Deliveries are made to homes except for limited service areas defined by ACS Air Courier Services (Cyprus) Ltd.
Deliveries are made within 3 working days of the order.

- Home delivery

Choose one of the 40 ACS Courier pick-up locations in Cyprus. Your order will be ready for pick-up in 2-3 working days.
- FREE for orders over €50
- €3 for orders under €50
Home delivery & Relax
Choose “Home delivery” and relax! Your order will reach you in 2-3 working days.
- FREE for orders over €100
- €5 for orders under €100
When your order will be ready to be picked up by the courier you will be notified via phone.

Our Distribution centre does not dispatch over weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay. Some delays may occur depending on the destination country and this is not possible to be controlled by us. In case of delay please contact the ACS Air Courier Services (Cyprus) Ltd and provide them with your tracking number.
If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.
Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.
Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties.

Should an order be seized or abandoned due to certain circumstances, we will not be able to retrieve the order, and you may not be refunded for your purchase. These circumstances include but are not limited to: (i) failure to provide required customs documents, (ii) refusal to pay customs duties, or (iii) attempts to deliver were unsuccessful, and you were unreachable.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@oreaproject.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We address these cases individually and will work with you towards a satisfactory resolution.
To initiate a return, simply contact us to obtain a return authorization number. Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund.
